Mr. Mayur Sarode
Accountable Manager
Mr. Mayur Sarode, Founder and Accountable Manager of AMC Technology, brings 25+ years of experience across aviation, aerospace, and engineering, including senior leadership roles in global operations and regulatory compliance. A Mechanical Engineer with international exposure, his career includes leadership roles at Jet Airways, PBA Technology Singapore, OEM coordination, and multi-country aviation projects, ensuring AMC Technology operates to world-class aviation standards.
Mr. Lalit Chopade
Quality Manager
Mr. Lalit Chopade brings over 29 years of industry experience, including more than 15 years of specialized aerospace quality leadership across CAR-145 organizations and international aviation manufacturing environments. With a strong engineering background, he has led QMS implementation, regulatory compliance, CAPA governance, supplier audits, calibration control, and non-conformance management at AMC Technology, Global Aero Interiors (Singapore), and other major industrial organizations. Known for his analytical rigor and ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational excellence, Mr. Lalit plays a key role in upholding AMC Technology's highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and quality performance.

Mr. Avinash Dongardive has over 35 years of distinguished experience in the aviation MRO industry, with deep B2 avionics expertise and strong proficiency in the maintenance, repair, and certification of aircraft LRUs across major fleets. Prior to joining AMC Technology, he served for decades as Manager Service Engineer at Air India, leading shop operations, component overhaul, AMOS documentation, and regulatory compliance. He has completed extensive OEM training from global manufacturers, bringing exceptional technical capability and reliability to every task. Avinash remains one of AMC Technology's strongest technical pillars, recognized for his precision, leadership, and commitment to aviation excellence.
